I don’t think I will be getting sick of gray any time soon. Just last weekend, I purchased the perfect gray polish from Deborah Lippmann and I rarely ever paint my nails. Now, I can’t stop staring at them (good thing I type a lot!). And, though I’m sure many of you have seen this apartment as it was featured in last month’s ELLE Decor, I am in absolute love with every room and had to give it a spotlight on my blog!
It’s the London home of Cosmetics Executive Christine D’Ornano. I think it has the perfect mix of modern feminity and just the right amount of a parisian touch- that je ne sais quoi!

I adore the mix of magenta fabric with the pale pink walls. Very chic and love the charcoal ottoman as the coffee table.

Love the gray paint, it truly is the perfect neutral. This is by far my favorite room in the spread (which is a huge feat, as I love them all). I’m especially attracted to the “TRUST ME” neon art piece by Tracey Emin. I think it adds a fun and flirty touch to the room.

The breakfast room is so bright and cheery! Truly this home has simply the best palette! I adore the pop of yellow on the chairs and the oil painting above the fireplace is simply gorgeous. It’s clean, polished, and slightly vintage at the same time.

What a lovely home and certainly inspiring! Be sure to read the entire post and resource credits on Elle Decor.

So, this is how FAR behind on life I am these days. I received this lovely newsletter from GOOP on September 17th of last year featuring Fall 2009 fashion tips from Elizabeth Saltzman Walker, a friend of the lovely Gwyneth Paltrow and the Fashion Director of Vanity Fair.

Even with her exemplary fashion credentials, I did need to confirm the statement on my own terms with a bit of research. And, not only does she have fantastic taste in clothing, her home (previous or current) is equally appealing. Please enjoy some of my personal favorites below!

great mix of patterns and the clutch is gorgeous…

ADORE her hair and tights! Beautiful!

And, finally, with GWYNETH.
